You can delete your account directly from inside the app at any time. No need to contact support.

How to delete your account

Open the Yallah app on your device.
Tap the You tab at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials
Your learning progress, XP, and hearts
Your Drahem balance and purchased items
Your private word lists and their contents

What is kept

Public word lists you created remain in the Medina community so other learners can benefit — your display name is preserved but your account is no longer linked.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery period once confirmed.
